My 11-year-old, crafty daughter learned about decoden cream on YouTube, but we couldn't find any in our town. Then we were lucky enough to find Whimsy DIY Studio and ordered a 10-person kit for her birthday party! It came thoughtfully packaged with soooo many adorable charms, colorful creams, and everything we needed (plus some really neat extras). The kids had a blast choosing their charms and DIY-ing picture frames. They stayed surprisingly focused on their crafting for a long time, which - for excited tweens at a party - is really saying something!

An added bonus - their creations doubled as a party favor, so the kids each had custom, personalized items to take the sparkle and whimsy home! When the party was over, cleanup was a breeze...just wrap up the disposable table cloth with everything on it. I highly recommend this for a unique and memorable party!

We got the Ultimate Party in a Box (10 Person Kit) with the picture frames and they had a blast. It kept the girls busy for a long time with all the accessories, beads, and decorative “sprinkles” included. They loved how the whips looked like icing with the different piping tips. I would highly recommend them if your looking for a fun party idea for a crafty kiddo!

My daughter had a whimsy party for her 11th birthday. I loved how unique this party was. We haven’t seen anything like this before. The charms are adorable and there are tons of them. She had lots of the whips and charms left over to continue the fun later on despite having 10 people and the 10 person kit. Everyone had a blast and could go as quickly or slowly as they wanted. I really liked that I didn’t have to purchase party favors, since this was the favor. Each kiddo went home with a brush, a hair clip and a small hair clip that they made. Clean up took under a minute as I had put a disposable table cloth down and could just roll it up and toss it when everyone was done. This was definitely a hit with all the “tweens” and very easy to do.

I used Whimsey for my daughter’s 7th birthday party, the girls absolutely loved using all the different paints and beads to create all of their items. Georgie was so friendly, easy to work with, and responsive to my questions. WE LOVE WHIMSEY!!!

This is such a fun, creative and unique idea. We had so much fun picking out the charms. My nieces couldn’t get enough and wanted to decorate every item. They were so happy and proud to show their creation. I personally love the crystal butterflies on my phone case. I get compliments on it all the time.

Whimsy was a huge hit for my daughter’s 7th birthday party! All of the kids loved it (and even some of the adults too). It’s a great way to keep the kids entertained and they get to go home with some fun stuff too! Would definitely recommend.
